Cisadane Conservation - Nature Through Technology
Cisadane Conservation, Non-Profit Organisation, based in Singapore, bridges the verification gap in Blue Carbon restoration using CISATech - a practical blend of robotics, AI, IoT, and blockchain.
We turn restoration activities into clear, verifiable outcomes so donors, communities, and markets can trust and invest in coastal recovery.
“Harnessing Nature Through Technology to create an auditable Blue Carbon economy that accelerates large-scale restoration, resilience, and equitable benefits for coastal communities.”

Vision & Mission
Vision - Nature Through Technology to make large‑scale Blue Carbon restoration measurable, transparent, and investable for climate and community resilience.
Mission - To generate science‑grade, auditable evidence of coastal ecosystem restoration using interoperable robotics, AI, IoT, and blockchain, enabling credible carbon instruments and durable benefits for coastal communities and biodiversity.
We believe nature can heal at scale—when technology is there to prove and protect that recovery.
Our work rests on four core pillars that guide every project we design and deliver.
Restore & Protect Mangrove
We restore and safeguard mangrove and swamp ecosystems end‑to‑end — from site selection and species matching to planting, maintenance, and long‑term protection. Our goal: resilient coastal forests that lock in carbon, buffer storms, and support local livelihoods.
CISATech Innovation
We embed technology into every step of restoration. CISATech combines UAV seedpod deployment, IoT sensors, satellite and drone analytics, and blockchain records to deliver real‑time monitoring and tamper‑evident proof of impact.
Science & Research
Community‑Led Implementation
We co‑develop and validate our methods with leading universities. Together, we refine survival models, carbon sequestration estimates, and verification protocols so our projects stand on strong, independent science.
We place communities at the center of every project. From co‑design and local hiring to skills training and benefit‑sharing, we build local capacity so restoration is not only ecologically sound, but socially and economically meaningful.
Collaboration is Our Infrastructure

Restoring ecosystems at scale requires more than technology. It requires trust, science, local leadership, and cross-sector collaboration.

Every solution we build moves nature one step closer to resilience.
Together with our partners, we turn vision into action through collaborative, measurable environmental initiatives.
Cisadane Mangrove - Plastic Reef Restoration
Plastic waste trapped in mangrove ecosystems suffocates root systems, blocks natural tidal flows, and prevents natural regeneration. Our mission is simple: To remove the accumulated plastic waste so the mangroves can breathe, recover, and regenerate naturally.
Through targeted cleanup operations, ecosystem rehabilitation, and long-term monitoring, we aim to:
Restore tidal flow and soil health
Improve mangrove survival and growth rates
Reduce erosion and stabilize the coastline
Re-enable the estuary’s role as a functional Blue Carbon ecosystem
Cisadane River Waste Extraction - Stopping Plastic Before It Reaches the Ocean

In collaboration with BPA Foundation as project facilitator of The Ocean Cleanup, Cisadane Conservation supports river-based plastic interception along the Cisadane River.
This initiative deploys:
River Barrier Systems to guide floating plastic waste
The Interceptor 020 to mechanically extract debris
Structured downstream waste handling and responsible processing
10,152+ kg of Waste Recovered
36 fishermen (12 Boats) Empowered

7,200,000+ kg of Waste Extracted
31+ Local Community Hired
Let’s Build Measurable Impact — Together
Together, we can restore nature — and prove it.
